Cause for Creativity is the museum’s highly acclaimed workshop series in which the Santa Monica Museum of Art encourages its public to “make art and make a difference.” Past Cause for Creativity workshops have inspired participants to make re-useable shopping bags; raise their awareness on the global water crisis; and brought shoes to children in third-world countries.
