A fun-filled festival of music, food and fireworks is held at the CBS Studio Center in Studio City. Local children’s author and Rabbi Zachary Shapiro, of Temple Akiba in Culver City, will read his new picture book, “We’re All in the Same Boat.” This is a whimsical, alphabetical retelling of the Noah’s Ark story. Zachary will also sing animal songs with guitar accompaniment. This is a pre–kickoff for Summer Reading Program which starts the next day, July 1st, at 2 p.m. The summer theme is Be Creative @ Your Library.
