A friendly neighborhood Super Hero group art show

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a Super hero! Not just because it’s Halloween, Super heroes are in our every day lives, on t-shirts, on lunchboxes, in childhood memories, and even on television. Curator Jonathan Balajadia has brought together a super league of 50 or so artists from all walks of life, of all different ages, and of all different points of view, to showcase their own versions of their super heroes, heroines, villains, and assorted hero paraphanalia at Monkeyhouse Toys & Art Galley in Silver Lake. Opening reception is today, October 24, from 5-9 p.m. If you can’t make it today, be sure to stop by Monkeyhouse soon for a super fantastic art show.
