Halloween fun returns to the Port of Los Angeles with the Happy Harbor Halloween Festival. Bats and ghouls are invited to enjoy free carnival-style games, crafts, music, face painting, storytelling and more on the Sponsored by the Port of Los Angeles, the festival will feature a children’s Halloween costume parade lead by Pelican Pete at 12:30 p.m. Parents are invited to dress and participate too. Collect candy with your little ones as you trick-or-treat from booth to booth or try your luck at one of the carnival-style games.
The fun doesn’t stop there. Radio Disney will be on hand to rock it out Monster Mash style with games, a creature sound contest and more. The Franklin Haynes Marionettes will perform at 1:30 p.m. with a free puppet craft activity directly following the show. There will be free rides aboard the “Spooky” Red Cars for costumed guests.

Free parking is available at Harbor Blvd. and 6th Street near the Los Angeles Maritime Museum. Don’t miss the fun and excitement!
