Cost: FREE (also free food, water and candy sponsored by Ralphs Fresh Fare)

Costumes are required for kids and suggested for adults. Bring your own pumpkin (already carved) for the contest. There’ll be a bouncy house, crafts, candy and treats. No dogs allowed.
