Join a CNI educator for a two hour guided walk through the tides of Malibu Lagoon State Beach! Learn about sea life while discovering sand crabs and other marine life at this amazing location as the tide recedes! Along with amazing tidal flotsam, Malibu Lagoon State Beach has brackish water and nesting birds to explore! This walk is open to children of all ages and their families. Join CNI for this one-time event and come discover another of LA’s beautiful beaches! Free for parents and grandparents. Strollers are OK.

DIRECTIONS: Take Pacific Coast Hwy (1) to the stop light at Cross Creek Rd (1/4mi W of Malibu Pier and 1.25mi E of Malibu Canyon Rd/Pepperdine University). Turn onto Cross Creek Rd towards the ocean (away from the mountains) and in about 200 feet you¹ll be in the parking lot. There is a parking fee for cars. BE AWARE: This is a popular beach site, so posted limits for free parking areas nearby are strictly enforced.
