Ages: All
Cost: FREE

The public is invited to experience great Hawaiian music, dancing, interactive crafts, food and nature hikes all for a lot less than it would cost to travel these days. Admission to the event is free for all ages. Parking is also free.

Learn about hawks and other birds of prey from the Nature Center’s Jr. Naturalists and reptiles from the Southwest Herpetology Society. Most of these animals live at the nature center due to injuries or human imprinting and need special care.

The San Dimas Canyon Park and Nature Center has a 50-year old history, establishing the first Nature Center in the County of Los Angeles Park system during the 1950s. Located in the foothills of San Dimas, just north of the 210 freeway, the natural area is about 125 acres and contains a camping area, animal sanctuary, an animal rehabilitation area, a museum and a hiking trail.
