Teach your kids that art can be found and created in almost anything. The Eagle Rock Association’s Beautification Committee, including representatives from the Arroyo Arts Collective and Center for the Arts, Eagle Rock, commissioned local artists to design and create ceramic mosaic panels. The panels were attached to 20 cast concrete trash receptacles gracing Eagle Rock’s main commercial streets. The Eagle Rock Make Art Not Trash program unites the rich cultural heritage of the community with the creativity of seventeen artists and twenty-one civic minded Eagle Rock businesses and organizations that maintain the trash receptacles.

A project of The Eagle Rock Association (TERA), Arroyo Arts Collective, and Center for Arts, Eagle Rock
