Guy talks to girl. Dog talks to cat. Lion talks to zebra—or doesn’t—cause she’s lunch! In Making a Scene, students learn to create original screenplay scenes. With an emphasis on experimentation and imagination, the film scene evolves from the simple “he said, she said” into a movie we’ve never seen before: your own. Wynne Renz is a writer and professional namer. Her first feature film, Bedrooms, was recently acquired by Showtime Networks.

ALL HAMMER PUBLIC PROGRAMS ARE FREE. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Hammer members receive priority seating, subject to availability. Reservations not accepted, RSVPs not required.

Easy parking is available under the museum for $3 for 3 hours
