Kids of All Ages Exhibit at THIS Gallery Celebrates Children’s Books and the Artists Behind Them

Bring the kids out to a unique art appreciation experience at the opening weekend festivities of the Kids of All Ages exhibit at THIS art gallery in Highland Park. Kids of All Ages is the fourth show at artists-owned THIS gallery, described as a huge celebration of children’s books. If the weekend’s line-up of activities are any indication, it’ll be a big celebration indeed. Book readings, free t-shirts with original art by Dallas Clayton (author and artist of “An Awesome Book”, art making on free Vans shoes and musical performances.

Artist and author Dallas Clayton will read from his children-of-all ages book “An Awesome Book” as part of the Opening Night event on Friday, May 28.   If you haven’t seen or read “An Awesome Book,” you’re in for a treat as each page is a work of art with a message that promises to resonate with all ages! Don’t miss out on your free kid’s t-shirt with original artwork by Dallas Clayton!

The weekend events for the kids are pretty awesome too!

Featured artists include Calef Brown, Tad Carpenter, Dallas Clayton, Jef Czekaj, Parker Jacobs, Travis Millard, Caleb Neelon, J. Otto, Souther Salazar, Marisabina Russo, David M. Stack, Nadine Wescott and Ben Woodward.  All books and original artwork from the artists available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds going to 826 LA.
